Elements, the main restaurant of the well-known Canaves Oia Epitome in Santorini, is relaunching its identity by proposing a new special dining experience along with a high-end architectural design.

Alternative lounge-dining areas with sofas highlighting the demanded comfort and ease offer a complete outdoor dining experience washed in natural light with magnificent sunset views. The new special feature of the re-introduced restaurant is the cellar, a cave-like dark space where a special variety of wines is offered for wine-tasting. The selected material palette is inspired by the traditional Cycladic architecture outlined by the volcanic identity of the island - local black stone walls, textured & metal finishes on the custom furniture, dark tones in decoration.
